Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website, booking a service, or enrolling in any course or training, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Appointments and Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of the service and are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Failure to comply with the cancellation policy will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, no-shows, or arrivals more than 10 to 15 minutes late may result in automatic cancellation of the appointment depending on the service scheduled.

Course Enrollment and Payments

All courses require a mandatory non-refundable deposit to secure enrollment. No student will be permitted to attend without a confirmed deposit. All course payments, whether partial or full, are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including cancellation, absence, or failure to complete the course.

Intellectual Property and Educational Content

All course content, including manuals, presentations, videos, techniques, demonstrations, and educational materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of L.A Beauty. It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, record, distribute, sell, share, or replicate any portion of the training without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

L.A Beauty is not responsible for allergic reactions, adverse results, or complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare instructions. Results may vary from client to client. Clients and students are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information prior to receiving services or participating in training.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico.

Modifications

L.A Beauty reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
